Remove the plant from the pot, remove all the soil you can without hurting the healthy roots, remove all the rotted roots, (1/2)

and place the plant in a new pot with a new soil. Also you can shorten long branches and use leftovers as cuttings (backup plan). (2/2)

Leave as many healthy leaves as possible until it starts to reshoot new growth and stabilizes.

You could probably cut the sick leaves off.. as long as the stem isn't rotting as well it'll be ok. What kind of climate do you live in?
