My mom loved giraffes, and passed that love onto me. I have tiny, smol, and large-ish giraffes (Two plushies, one plastic) here in my office, and they make me happy.
Part of me wishes they stayed this small, or there was another animal that filled that size niche. Sure there’s alpacas and llamas, but baby giraffes are so short? Like front to back, not height. It’s like someone took jpeg, stretched its vert, and squished its horizontal
I wonder at what age that giraffe will stop wanting to be carried, if ever. Imagine a full-grown giraffe just standing there and making a whole team pick it up.
