Diamond found within a diamond at Nyurba mine in Yakutia, Russia. The first of its kind ever discovered. It’s called a Matryoshka diamond after Russian nesting dolls.
It’s thought ether the inner diamond was formed first then the outer shell. Or the whole thing formed then some of the inside eroded away forming a pocket. Outer diamond is .62 carats inner being much smaller at .02 carats. A value has not been assigned.
