Looking at the brand only, it's 150-600 USD with most near 200. I don't know how that relates to specific model, age and wear.

Yup. There was a songbook with a name on it that corroborates the origin.

I got a receipt as well and verified the gentleman I purchased from was indeed listed as member of remaining family in an obituary listed
