Anybody near Pittsburgh? Please help me to find Butters a loving home! His owners no longer wanted him because he meows too loudly. He is so sweet and very affectionate and I wish I could keep him myself. I don't know how else to find a good home as all the shelters in my area are not accepting new pets at this time. Please share with your friends or family. If you upvote this post, you can downvote a post in my history. I'm desperate! Thank you so much for helping!
Edit- Unfortunately he is not fixed and I don't think his owners kept up with his shots. He has been an indoor cat since he was adopted. He will be 2 this summer.
I am very willing to drive and bring him to a good home. Honestly, if you're within 10 hours from Pittsburgh, I will come to you!

There are many low cost neuter programs. I paid $25 for my male cat. You just have to google. Good luck OP.

For clarification, the ASPCA didn’t want to do it. The owners insisted. My dad’s gf at the time was the vet tech who was supposed to do it.
