Connect one end to the other

When it is the desired length, tuck the stems at the end into the first couple loops (you may have to loosen them a bit) to make a circlet.

When it's long enough that new stems can reach around to the start at the circumference you want, do that and start wrapping them around. \

When the new flowers reach the first one, you can stop, or do a few more to have some overlap, or even do a whole nother layer if you want.
