Mill scale removal with white vinegar

For parts too big to submerge, lay down plastic sheeting or a trash bag, lay down paper towels, the parts, and more paper towels; soak with regular household white vinegar, cover with another plastic bag, and let sit overnight. Might take a couple of times for the stubborn portions or where the towels don't lay against the surface.
This is after the second 10ish hour soak.
