GOP controlled White House and Congress from 2016-2018, didn't enact any 2A friendly legislation or EO's at all. GOP will strip all of us of all of our civil rights if they can. As of this week they seriously do want to rewrite it, since that 'liberal' Obama judge ruled that illegal immigrants can bear arms. Which is exactly the originalist take that they pretend to love so much. Bill of Rights applies to anyone on US soil, regardless of citizenship status
