Two different USB-C Charge Cable (2 m) from Apple

The cable that came with my MacBook Pro 15 inch with fewer connectors is able to charge my MacBook at 87W while the new replacement cable I got only charges the MacBook at 60W

As you can see the cable that came with my Macbook Pro 15inch only has two small prongs inside the mouth, while the standard cable that you buy online has three.

Here's a little tidbit from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201700

If the first three characters of the serial number are C4M or FL4, the cable is for use with the Apple 29W USB-C Power Adapter.

If the first three characters of the serial number are DLC or CTC, the cable is for use with the Apple 61W or 87W USB-C Power Adapter.

Lo and behold, the cable I was sent after specifically mentioning my problem with charging was still the wrong cable.

The 87W good cable is about a millimeter longer than the 60W cable. and also about a hair thicker in the cable itself.
