The Special Purpose Utilities sub-menu, here we can roll a full-fleshed NPC, roll spell lists, create magical swords, or roll treasures.

By randomly rolling, or choosing a few info, we can get our NPC immediately rolled, for when you need a quick stand-in.

The second page offers details about the NPC as a person.

The hoard generator lets us roll on the AD&D 2nd Edition treasure tables. Just set the amount per each category, then let it generate!

And here we have our hoard, congratulations on slaying the dragon, how will you carry all of this?

Now we get to the best part, the 2nd Edition character generator.
The Player/DM choice determines the order of steps, with the DM being able to chose race/class regardless of the ability scores.

We can choose the setting, with different settings affecting the choice of races and classes.
Let's go for Dragonlance, one of my favorites!

I chose the 4d6, drop lowest, and I like this series, so I will answer "N" as not rerolling.

I assign my scores, then move forward.

Here I choose the race, notice the highlighted ability scores to the right, with the applied racial modifier. I will choose a Human.

I will DEFINITELY go for a Knight of the Sword, I love the Knights of Solamnia!
In the next screen I will give him 0 XP, to start at the beginning.

After choosing the proficiencies, I get to the character sheet, and here I can save it or discard it, after giving it a name.

The greatest part of this application, is how simple it is to add custom data, with the data files being simple text files, each one with a long intro that explains all the "rules" of the file itself!
