I have permission to share her tweet, just not her name. For those of you who won't work in the American Healthcare system, staffing mandates are LONG overdue. All healthcare facilities need them, but nursing homes are especially notorious for being dangerously understaffed. I'm talking 1 nurse caring for 40+ patients by herself. If you live in the US, you might start seeing these ads urging you to vote against staffing mandates for nursing homes. DONT LISTEN TO THEM! We NEED these staffing mandates to keep our patients safe
