Sam is a stray we adopted about three years ago. He's still skittish and the other cats don't like him. He never likes being in a lap, but he's happy to be next to you. His fur is amazingly soft and his purr is like distant thunder. His favorite treat is a bit of chicken. That is all, continue with your day.

Just sayin incase you don't know, but I assume you do. Just act chill about it all. Being anxious just makes it go bad. Cats can sense it!

Thats what I do, and any time he wants interaction I give him plenty. He also has an amazing vocal range, so I can figure out what he wants.
