Hurricane Katrina Bucket of Doom

This bucket, extracted from a house I was gutting after Hurricane Katrina, was full of dry beans. During the three weeks of flood waters in their house, the bucket's integrity was not maintained, and water seeped into the bucket.

Luckily, it did not rupture, but, not knowing what it was, the first time I or my friend tried to move it, we instantaneously vomited, and I mean, no wait, no fighting it, just PUKING hard.

After we puked up everything we had in us, we took turns moving it down the street as the stench wafted through the house, each of dry heaving in his turn. Whatever had grown in that bucket, as soon as you smelled it, your body IMMEDIATELY went into PUKE MODE and there was no fighting it. We got a jar of VapoRub and put it under our noses, like in Silence of the Lambs that didn't do shit.

I can't fathom anything ever smelling worse than that bucket did.
