Talk about overprocessed. Maybe she should find different work.

She's cute, but she's no material girl.

I usually have nothing against tattoos, but hers are like drawing all over Starry Night with a sharpie. Why you messing with perfection?

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 6

Yea, because people who get tattoos totally get them to cater to you.

What a toxic comment. Are you deliberately misinterpreting the original comment to feel self-righteous?

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I would argue that criticizing a tattoo because the person is already "perfect" is toxic. People have different tastes.

Yeah, I also cut my hair and dress just so that one random dude on the internet will approve of my looks

? Ok.

Beautiful woman, but doesn’t come close to the original. Madonna is a weirdo now, but she’s an all time great

3 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 4

Yeah it’s a bit flat compared to Madonna’s original

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

its also playback and processed to the moon and back.

I wasn’t even around when the original was released so THIS will always be the best version ?

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 8

It’s not to late to hear a better version.

The original is always superior. Always. With the exception of I will Always Love You

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

Nah, this isn’t exactly a cover - but remixes can be lumped into the argument & better than og https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MIuJVYNvC-s

This got so much bigger than og version https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fiore9Z5iUg the artist performs the remix version live instead

I like Chris Cornell’s version better than both, but that is another good call

I think the original always deserves respect and if you really love a song that’s a cover, listening to the original helps you understand

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

the song more, at least the history of it & what informed/inspired the version you like.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There are a few other exceptions, too. For example, Trent Reznor himself has said Johnny Cash's rendition of Hurt is superior to his own.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Oh, that’s a good call on Hurt. I think All along the Watchtower qualifies too

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Pretty much everything by Bob Dylan is better covered

I know you’re talking about jimi’s version but check this… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ujcjLt6goWo
