I have a new business idea that I need an unbiased opinion on. In Utah there are these frozen yogurt shops that are self serving ice cream machines and you pay for it by the weight. Great right?!
But! I was thinking... (Dangerous I know) what if somebody could do that with pasta? Freahmade pasta that just goes right into the bowl! It could also work with sauces.
Of course I'm going to need to design it and somehow to from dough to hot made pasta. But what does the banana loving community think? Let me know!

It's a great idea but very expressive to do and the pasta will never be fresh unless you get pasta during a rush hour.

I could see pasta sauce being dispensed from the machines... pasta would seem like it would need to be held in a steamer separately...

Maybe the machine could pass super heated steam over the pasta to flash boil it before dispensing it

Could be interesting, but sounds like a pasta version of Cici's pizza. Not going to lie though, would give it a try.
