I'm about to get called in for eye correction surgery
I know it's safe but I can't help being a little nervous. Long term gain trumps short term discomfort, right?

Good luck OP. Come back with results mk

It went well. They said no games/TV for a couple of days. I think that part was worse than the surgery. I think I have an imgur addiction.

Good luck! I had a friend who had 3 of these surgeries by the time she was 20. They always helped but her eyes continued to get worse anyway

As far as I was aware being over 21 was a requirement for exactly this reason. Your eyes haven't fully matured until sometime after then.

But it's also possible that she was lying, she was a dirty rat anyway (hence "had a friend" haha)

She was a very severe case. She had 3 eye surgeries, but I think one of them might have just to tighten the muscles around them

Ah. I was going to say...that seems very negligent on the doctor's part. But that makes more sense
