Learn How to Cook Anything on the Grill With This Infographic ..

Even the most experienced grill master has trouble memorizing cooking times for everything. This chart tells you all you need to know for almost anything grill worthy.

The graphic is comprehensive and includes beef, pork, seafood and veggies. Not only does it tell you the different cooking times, but also the proper temperatures for food safety. If you've ever been a victim of undercooked chicken or overcooked dry burgers, pass this chart along to the cook.

It bothers me that the chart goes to 60 mins but the longest cooking time is 45!

Now just make a chart that tells you how to gauge the temp of your charcoal grill.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Slap your face on the grill. Gauge from there. Or, you know, just use an oven thermometer, clipped to the grill.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Medium? Fucking phillistines.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why have a low heat option if it Isn't used in the infographic?

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

23 minutes of medium direct heat for a 3oz bratwurst?? Yes, I'd like my brat carbonized, please.

As someone that work for a paper company... Yes... Do this. All of you.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It bothers me that your graph area is 33% wider than it needs to be, especially considering the majority of the data is crammed on the left.

"Wipe its ass and walk it between two candles."

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I usually go with "walk it past the grill just to scare it, I'll take care of the rest"

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I am literally about to cook burgers in 10 minutes, Imgur is life.

Is nobody going to point out that hot dogs are already cooked?

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I eat them cold and straight out of the package sometimes, if I'm lazy and/or too hungry to wait

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Most that I learned from this: Never buy bone-in chicken.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I blue-rare my steaks, only eat raw fish, and won't cook my chicken over 150ยบ F..

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

also, I don't eat pork or vegetables

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love you, except I also love vegetables. It can never be!

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love fruit, as long as they're sweet, but I hate veggies.. I'd eat a 100% raw diet if I could afford it

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I have been cooking my whale wrong for years

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Eh, I'm lazy and will just follow the "keep looking/checking until it's done" method.

12 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

AKA the only method that has fucking worked ever since the neolithic times!

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As long as you remember to check the inside too, since stupid meats can be burnt on the outside and salmonella on the inside.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You cook them too hot. The thicker the meat, the lower the temp you need to cook at. Also, let meat warm to room temp before cooking.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's why I prefer small/flat pieces. They cook quickly, evenly, they are easy to chew and digest easily as well. Small is the new big ;)
