North Korea's Leader?

So for random reasons I was looking up North Korean information and I found this man; Premier Pak Pong Ju.

I did not know who he was, so I did a simple Google search, “North Korean Leader,” and again, up pops Pak Pong Ju.

Now I’ll declare my ignorance when I don’t know something but I thought Kim Jung Un was North Korea’s leader. Putting aside puppet leaders, shadow agencies and other such things. If Pak Pong Ju is the Premier or Prime Minister. What is Kim Jung Un? Research simply states, “Chairman of the Worker’s Party.” That’s well and dandy but what does it mean? Is “dictator” too harsh a word? Is "Chairman" above a Prime Minister? Or is it simpler than that? Where Kim Jung Un has finale say while Pak Pong Ju does all of the paper work?

TLDR: Op thought Kim Jung Un was Super Saiyan of North Korea but not according to Google.

Kim the 1st was "Great Leader" or some such, Kim II was "Dear leader", Kim 3 is something-leader. Kim 1 is officially still President.

Kim Jong Un is the head of state. Pak Pong Ju is the Premier and head of the executive branch that enforces Kim Jong Un's laws....

The legislature does nothing but sign the laws the Kim Jong Un gives them. The real power is the military, go which Un is the commander...

And the Workers' Party of Korea which Un also heads. Technically his dead grandfather is the "Eternal President." Un is the First Secretary

Well and true. But you'd think a megalomaniac like Kim would want to see his face if the world searches "N. Korean Leader" but he Pak does

Fortunately, Kim Jong Un is not the Supreme Leader of Google.
