I know this goes against the meme, but: Orange cats are just normal cats. Some are more or less intelligent, that's it, but orange cats aren't different from other cats in this regard. This is just a content kitty who trusts their owner.

There’s a point where you are just too dumb to experience sadness.

I will have an orange cat one day

This is my derpy boy. He is a natural born protector. If I'm watching a movie and a baby starts crying he comes running in the room. If I accidentally step on another cat's foot and they yell, he's there in less than 3 seconds to protect. He is such a good boy. And I named him Hobbes after Calvin and Hobbes

silly, cute kitty!

His fangs and yellow, reptillian eyes tell me he can be trusted

6 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Reptilian that got too used to being comfortable in his warm blooded skin.
Like if we could harness the feeling of sleeping on fresh sheets after a shower

I had a orange cat in my youth. He used all of his brain cells hunting and when he came home he was basically a stuffed toy we carried around the house. He'd pile up rodents under the patio and every spring we'd have to clean it up because of the smell. There were at least 3 rabbits and other things I couldn't guess.

As the proud father of an orange, can confirm. Ive had many cats before, nothing compares to the chucklefuckery of an orange.

A cat's purring means "i am not dangerous, i am vulnerable, please don't hurt me"

RIP Hugo (2004), my Orange cat with a single function brain cell specialized in happiness.

We had a ginger cat that got an ear infection and had to go to the vet.
They were getting ready to put on the battle gear to clean his ears out with saline and I told them he would be fine with it.
The vet was amazed as he just sat there with her squirting saline into his ear.
He honestly didn’t care about anything he was so sweet. Also never meowed. Just thumped his tail on the ground like a beaver.

We have a ginger that has never hurt any of us or the dogs. He plays and even nibbles at us but won't use his claws. Only times he has hurt anyone is by pure accident. This little idiot though has absolutely no survival instinct.. he keeps wanting to go outside and I'm here like "Idiot.. you just fell out of your window seat.. you barely survive indoors.." You can also spray him with water and he doesn't care. He even ate green apple before.. cats usually despise the scent..

That’s funny, I have had three. Correction four. Two were pretty normal I presume, the third was ornery little punk and only liked my wife. The one I have now is the absolute most gentle sweet cat and has half an eyelid from FIV and a infection that needed debridement

Yeah when I first brought my cat to the vet, the guy, half panicked, said: "oh shit it's red one".... and I was like: Que? What do you mean? And my cat was just playing with a piece of candy in the travel box for 20 minutes whilst the vet was giving him jabs and examining him.

Scale of 1 to 10, how sure are you it wasn’t a beaver

6 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Well I live in Australia and we don’t have beavers so I hope it wasn’t a beaver 😂

6 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Platypus. Obviously. No wonder you were confused

6 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hmm. [taps screen with stem of pipe] Yes. Well. I say, it appears the animal in your possession is what we doctors call "a beaver."

1. Thumps tail.
2. Likes water.
3. Doesn't meow.

Yep, definitely a beaver.
