That's not fair to the great Khagan, who was both very capable and very tolerant of other cultures and religions (after he was done brutally conquering them, that is). The Mongol Empire was remarkably multicultural and multi-religious, as much as the pre-Constantine Roman Empire. The only reason we hold the ancient Romans in much higher regard than the Mongols is that we Europeans and Euro-descended folk are far less tolerant of ethnic differences than Temüjin was.
