Started with stuffing onion rings with cheese :)

Then wrap the cheezy rings with bacon!! Cause why not?

Bake the rings for about 30-40 min around 350° and place on your finished burger! Tada!

I also made a 'Secret Sauce' (basicly Thousand Island w/ hot sauce) to put on it as well but I didnt take a pic ..

All and all, a pretty good diner!

A guy at work did this but put hamburger meat in the middle of the onion. They were tasty!

What kind of onion? White? Red? Yellow? Or Sweet?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Since I left the industry I don't mess around with fiddly things like this much, but I am totally doing this.

You absolute madman. That's like diner-quality burger! Now I'm hungry.

I feel like you could achieve a similar effect by just putting cheese, onions, and bacon on the burger but what do i know

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The cheese within the onions is so satisfying to look at. If only there was something in the center.

How you get such circular onion rings..

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The cheese-filled onion rings look like bearings.

I have never and will never understand the appeal of asparagus.

All of them or just the green?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

.... there's more than just the green one?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, white is very common too, and there's also purple....

On the grill it is delicious. My sister also makes it in a way in bread crumbs very good. beyond that nah. Its all in prep.

It smells like the bloated and rotting vegetation I cut open with a paddle in a still lake in the past. Just rank and awful...

Do you guys have real cheese, or just the orange stuff?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My bad. Thought it was burger cheese.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

what the fuck is "burger cheese"

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s that horrible orange rubber crap that comes in the plastic packets. The big squares that taste of nowt.

I've never had kraft singles on a burger, and would probably stab someone if I had.

Ohhhh, the Valhalla series. I could be in trouble now!

I bought some of their Gladiator knives. They are good. Way better than cheap sets from Walmart. Sharpen well and hold a their edge well.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

How are the compared to the wusthof classic?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wusthof knives made in Germany are superb. I just didn’t want to spend $230 on a knife. I paid $80 for my 8” gladiator chef knife.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yuup.. I agree. Thanks for posting the link

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I have the cleaver from the gladiator series. Cuts through frozen meat like a hot knife.
