First brisket on the Masterbuilt

It went in at about 6:15 am. About a 10 hr cook in total. I think I could have left it another 30-45 min for some added tenderness. Overall it was delicious.

I've had mine about a year. Do yourself a favor and get Johnsonville cheddar brats smoke them with hickory, use apple cider instead of H2o.

Time and temp please? I've tried it before and it didn't work so well.

225 degrees about 2.5 hours or until they temp 165 degrees internally. I use one to temp so only one looses the juicy goodness inside.
