Where it started...

This is made of pinch pots. One hemisphere for the bottom, a cylinder pinched and stuck on that to extend the height, then another hemisphere stuck on that to make a dinosaur egg. Let that dry a bit then sure-formed it smoov, cut it open, made a gallery, then added another pinch pot for the lid on the top. I used the wheel to trim it some and make it more radially symmetrical.

The knob is another pinch pot and is hollow.

The concept. It's a cookie (or taqis) jar that looks like you can't get into it because the octopus is trying to, but the lid will actually be openable at that top bit.

Wish me luck, I water it regularly so it doesn't dry out too fast, but these suckers are going to take FOR HEKKING EVER.
