If you thinking about getting a dog I would recommend a rescue from the local pound.
Puppies are a lot of work.
It's 23:46 hours and he won't get back in his bed.
edit, we got stuck in situation were he couldn't leave safety of car for 3 hrs and he slept.
Not normally a problem.

I can answer this. Some pound dogs like Jake my last ( best dog ever) were taken off shit owners hence "rescued" some like slobberchops 1/
