Unfortunately due to tariffs I highly doubt I'll be acquiring additional international variants anytime soon, but maybe that's for the best. I obviously have a handful of 'em!

@op Makegraph is definitely French and also exists in yellow. A small and multilingual like Belgium would just rebrand an existing product, like the Netherlands did. We have a toymuseum "Speelgoedmuseum Mechelen". Maybe they'll be able to provide more info.
I dud find a lead, but maybe it's nothing. i found another vintage example, "Magische tafel" from DDR-Germany, which was rebranded "Magicka Tabulka" for czechoslovakian markets, which also had French text "tableau magique" on the box.

Duly noted about Makograph! The one I received was shipped from Belguim but it makes total sense that it's French. I keep a photo archive of a bunch more international variants and would love to own them all! I love the extra knowledge you have on these European variants. I am very excited to check out the museum you mentioned!

That was a great attempt at the Dutch 'SCH' sound. Protip; the sound you used is considered a 'soft' G and is associated with Flemmish. The Dutch use the guttural g, which sounds like briefly hacking up.

The Super Télécran deserves a video of its own (it's truly a marvel!). The third knob retracts the stylus, which allows you to create disconnected lines!
