would anyone be interested in reading work stories from a female employee in the French Quarter at a head shop?
So a lady walks into my store today and asks me if Marijuana is legal, this is how it went down.
Lady: "Is Marijuana legal here?"
Me: "No ma'am"
Lady: "Oh, well, it's legal in my state. I figured from all the gadgets you sold, it was legal."
Me:" Wow! It's legal in other states? I thought it was illegal everywhere."
Lady: "Nope. It's legal in Washington and Colorado. Those are the only states I was aware of. Just wanted to see if it was legal here."
Me: *screaming internally while staring dumbly at her* This is Louisiana. LOUISIANA. If you knew it was only legal in those states, why would you ask? Are you dumb? Do you not watch the news? Fuck. "Have a nice day."
I have many other stories, some similar to this, and others dealing with drunk tourists doing tourist things as well as gutterpunks (homeless kids who have a trust fun but love to panhandle and not shower) coming in and causing trouble. I even broke up a fight once.
Let me know imgur, I'd love to share my 40+ hours a week handling idiots.
