My wife is so weird

When I met my wife back in college, I noticed a green triangle on each sock, obviously drawn with a marker. She explained that she has a system so she always pairs the same two socks. She draws a colorful shape on the sole of each sock - a red circle, green triangle, and so on. That way the socks wear out evenly. When a sock needs to be replaced, she throws them both away and pulls another pair from the package ... drawing the same colored shape on the new pair.

We don’t have much in common.
