So I went to the Grand Canyon
And I took lots of pictures
And I cried tears
Maricopa point
Glorious
I found a little cave
I want to live there. How did it get there?? It's on a sheer cliff face...tiny people up on the cliff for scale
My sister vs the Grand Canyon
Sigh
Indian Gardens (or is it springs?) down in the valley. We didn't quite make it that far...but next time
Bridge on the Bright Angel trail
Lol
That rock looks like it'll break off any minute
Another strange cave formation
2nd bridge on the Bright Angel trail...we turned around after this
Pillar
Probably the best picture I've ever taken
Sunset on 6/20/16-summer solstice at the Grand Canyon. Truly breathtaking experience
We woke at 4:45 the next morning
On the way to catch the sunrise we saw some elk butts
Sunrise over the canyon
Pretty sunrise
I really didn't want to leave. I'll be back soon, little canyon

Excellent pics!

On #16 you can make it even better if you open in Lightroom/Photoshop/whatevs and bring up the black level. Play with it a bit - it's great

I went there for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was awesome. But you cray cray for getting that close to the edge. Did you go to Sedona?
SirPooperTScooper
I was making my sister very nervous ha. No we didn't get to Sedona...drove straight to LA
onehapphysalmon
If you thought the Grand Canyon was neat like I did, then Sedona would have blown your mind. Sooooo much better. No offense Grand Canyon

Great photos but there is a warning sign over 1,500m elevation?!
SirPooperTScooper
There are lots of warning signs around to remind you how extreme the terrain is. Hot, dry, elevation changes, etc
