The Constitution is a disaster... it invokes all power in an executive and allows that executive to appoint the entire judicial branch and has no mechanism for holding that executive accountable unless they choose to be held accountable.
The Bill of Rights is almost universally ignored and they forgot to add a right to vote to the fucking Constitution (just a few slim reasons why it can't be denied (age, sex, former slaves), while leaving lots of reasons why it can be denied (made up crimes).

With the pardons, we should be using those as the basis for high crimes charges. President is responsible for issuing the pardons. Doing so for cash, and having to pardon criminals repeatedly - is actionable.

Pardons should only be issued on the recommendation of an independent pardon board... giving the president blanket pardon authority and then allowing him to be bribed for those pardons and granting him immunity for those bribes... holy fucking shit this is the dumbest country ever founded.

It needs rewritten, but the rewriting must be done *AFTER* the problems are fixed.
Currently the main problems are that the rules are intentionally not being applied, so we just need to apply them.
Until then, any attempt at rewriting the constitution will be bought wholesale, and the resulting document will codify the current "Rich people can do whatever the fuck they want, while poor people have to just take it and/or die" as the actual law of the land. Currently that is technically illegal.

I like 'em both. I'd include anti-tank weaponry for private ownership, and specifically authorize individual ownership. Maybe linked to voting rights (excluding people in penal/mental institutions). If they don't want you armed: treason conviction, disenfranchised, or institutionalized for mental health issues. Not cuz you're black, poor, and got run up on a trumped-up felony.

A right to vote that is inviolate and any impediment to voting by a govt employee (including not opening more polling stations if there is more than a 30 minute wait to vote) is grounds for arrest and a mandatory minimum prison sentence.... Election day is a national holiday and lasts three days (A weekend and a week day, with everyone guaranteed one of those days off, if they vote).
Third Party auditing of elected officials with power to arrest them if they violate their oath of office.

Justice should be a separate division. SCOTUS needs to be shorter terms and more fairly appointed via stated processes for appointment.

All judges should be selected from a professional pool and not because of their political affiliation... A strict ethical code needs to be applied to judges and if they are caught taking bribes (Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch, e.g.) the penalty should be life in prison.
Mandatory blind trusts for all elected officials, all judges, all prosecutors, all civil servants in a position to make policy.

Change taxation (Georgeism). Reinforce the franchise. Electoral college directly elected, not via party hacks. Multiple candidate districts (minimum 3), Natural persons only (no corporations) for legal rights. Corporation death drawing. Tax IP. Lawyers are public servants (no private lawyers). Limited immunity. etc.

Expand the US House of Representatives to be 568 members (one per 600K people, the smallest populated state...)... there will be rounding errors, but target that population per representative.... So, WY would get one representative (same as it does now), CA would go from 58 to 66, e.g.
Abolish the US Senate as an anti-democratic enemy of the people.
