I don't know what's going on but it seems like anytime you posted it it was almost immediate you got in trouble it almost seems like someone was just reporting every time it popped up or it was a bot
Same here, my friend. I'm a little older, so my first experience with them was in the early 90s. Seems like my progression was: Black Flag, Minor Threat, then either Misfits or DK's. I'm 45 now, and I still listen to Fresh Fruit and Plastic Surgery Disasters at least once a year.
I’m 34 now, but I think I stumbled on them through Anti-Flag. I was downloading ska and started drifting into punk. It was pretty funny…all of my friends liked ska or progressive rock, so it was kind of a private thing until my early twenties when I came out of my shell more.
Yeah, I was initially into heavy metal and hip hop when I was a kid, then got into indie rock and punk in '91 and '92. Nirvana broke, plus one of my best friends had an older brother and two older cousins in college, and they listened to a lot of "college rock". So when they came home, they'd let us check out their tapes and CD's. They introduced us to a lot of great stuff: SST era Sonic Youth, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Pixies, early REM, Hüsker Dü, etc.
