Going back on Cymbalta after a decade off — a decade where I've slowly progressed into drinking 1+ bottles of wine a day, 2+ on the weekends.
I can barely eat solid food since my stomach has shrank due to near constant ingestion of alcohol.
I can barely get out of bed on the weekends, nor do I want to.
I can barely write or text from my hands shaking due to nearly constant panic attacks that trigger vomiting.
I can barely see a light at the end of the tunnel, and in the distance I see the people who have been in my corner all along.

Shaking hands is also a symptom of alcoholism my dude

Regular alcohol use seriously increases anxiety when not intoxicated, cut out the booze and it should help that quite a bit.

Stop what you are doing, and call for help. Now. Call your friends or help lines. Call for help now.

I've been on duloxetine for at least 5 years. It makes me able to function, but that's it. Next week I start TMS.

Changing your lifestyle, no matter if it's for the better, is not easy. A random internet stranger is proud of you. Be kind to yourself.
