Wild how permeable memories are. Love that they turned to footie pjs in the retelling.

Amazing. Those captions are terrible in the last video.

This made me think of the Princess Bride with Andre needing a crane life to carry Cary Elwes because he couldn't bear the weight without immense pain. I'm not sure how much of it is due to more modern sports science, the sport played, or simple genetics that keeps Shaq as healthy as he is.

Andre Rene Roussimoff (I looked it up) was a few inches taller and significantly heavier. Also Andre was supposed to get hit and Shaq was supposed to not get hit. Then again I've seen Shaq run. Not so much w Andre. (Imagine being chased by someone ~3 inches taller than Shaq, and plus 100 or 150 lbs. Stop peeing and RUN)

I highly doubt basketball in any period was as physically punishing as pro-wrestling.

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

For sure. That said, Shaq was probably one of the most consistently attacked players in the history or the game.

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I never liked Shaq and now I know why. Guy has always acted so smug but people are drawn in by his goofy personality.

3 days ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Already a DV. You guys love the cult of personality.

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the entire point of celebrities, yes. What else are they for?

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes, this is as recent as 2025

Rich people love sticking together. The only real divide that matters is the class divide.

Who are the other guys in 1st part?

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Kelsey Gramer was the bald guy. Probably the guest thet night. Gray suit was Loren Michaels the snl producer or creator who is about as funny as a bag of wet mice but kept cameoing. Then the folks on the right were cast mates. Kelsey seeme a little too ambitious slapping and kicking will there.

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I'm talking about guy in green and another one with braided hair.

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Kelsey Grammer is a certified MAGA twat. arrogant and minimally talented.

3 days ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He is supremely talented but other parts are very true.

Like many TV guys, he has one schtick; its a good one, but its all hes got.

Shaq always seems like he'd be the fun uncle at a family bbq. Not the uncle hogging the grill, but the uncle saying, "come here kid, I'll play you in Mario Kart. Loser has to tell your aunt she's a lovely lady." And just talk trash the entire time.

Look up him fucking w the play by play announcers n shit before/during/after the NBA games. He's passing out wet Willies n shit. And he's so damn tall he can do it out of frame while they interview players sometimes

How about now?

Blue Chips, PG-13 1994: the scene with Shaq and the kids: the script just said "Shaq plays with the kids", so they just turn the camera on him with the kids and he did the rest.

3 days ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Oh, he's played with kids, alright...

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice. I didn't know that and I'm not even going to look it up. The few people I've known that have met him all vouch for "big friendly giant".

He's tall, rich, and good looking. I'm gonna guess he got more sexy time in one year than most regular people get in their entire life.

"Shazam" was an underrated movie

3 days ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 9

Don't start that shit again lmao

2 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I definitely remember this. Nobody can convince me otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 days ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

They're both trumpers

3 days ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

90% on Rotten Tomatoes. Where exactly is it underrated?

3 days ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 5

Wrong & bitchy, yikes

3 days ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Really? They took the time to put the title in quotations, and still got it wrong, yet I'm bitchy?

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Not to mention using rotten tomatoes as a barometer for if something is considered good or not.

3 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You’re probably thinking of Kazam. Shazam was a DC superhero movie. Kazaam had Shaq as a genie for a 12 year old kid.

3 days ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 2

Both underrated

2 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sounds like some multiverse alternate timelime shit to me.

3 days ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

Me and my older brothers all remember watching this movie on TV when it aired and I'm continuously bothered that its supposedly doesn't exist.

3 days ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

You're thinking of Sinbad's movie that doesn't exist; he made a 5 minute clip just to satiate the internet but actually made things worse.

3 days ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

3 days ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Same it’s the only reason I learned Sinbad’s name. Also fruit of the loom logo is when I learned what a cornucopia was.. but apparently that doesn’t exist either

3 days ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Memory is reconstructive, not reproductive. No official authentic Fruit of the Loom logo has had a cornucopia.

3 days ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Shazam was still an underrated movie

3 days ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

I dunno man, I just can't stand Sinbad...

3 days ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Shazam! (2019) is 90% on rotten tomatoes. Underrated and underdiscussed are not the same thing.
