It was INTENDED to be a negotiable "chit" that the administration could fight about and give up while no one does a goddamned thing about the IRS immunity for Trump and his family. Yes, a judge "quashed it" but you know EXACTLY how much attention those assholes pay to a judge's ruling. Just appeal it up to SCrOTUS and find out if their billionaire owners support IRS immunity deals... LOL.
