TL;DR at the end.

Yesterday I received a 10 pcs/lot that came with only one of them shipped. So, I opened a disputed explaining the situation with pics attached. Today, Aliexpress answered me asking for more details of the purchase.

1. I threw the package wrap (where it come the addresses an stuff) away before getting it fully opened and discovering the issue (bad decision).

2. I cannot provide (or really understand what they’re asking for, tbh) the info they are asking for. Local shipping company (Correos) has this “Amazon” type lockers (CityPaq) for their customers and I pick the package up from one of those (I don’t wanna give my real address on the internet).

2b. The only tracking info I was given, came from Aliexpress, which are the ones asking for it, so I don’t think it would work if I give them their same tracking info.

This is the pic of what I received

This is a capture of the item description. Seller doesn’t have any feedback (another bad decision taken here), and I’m afraid they probably will edit / delete it.

For instance, this is the second dispute I open in Aliexpress in my life and none of them succeeded.

Edit: I’m gonna goto the post office and ask for the tracking receipt or whatever is called. Hope they give it to me.

Edit2: I think I paid via PayPal. I’m gonna confirm this

TLDR: wrong shipment arrives from Aliexpress and I’m not sure I can provide any of the info they ask me for.

I've only had to dispute one thing from there. It was a $200 iPhone battery tester. Didn't show up at all. Got a refund within 3 days. (1/2)

(2/2) It's really hit or miss. You did fuck up a bit using a seller witout feedback, but it can't have cost that much at only 10 pieces, no?

Quit playing yourself and use Amazon next time. They will refund/replace most anything, esp if it was delivered by Amazon.

I use both (also eBay). Didn’t have any problem with Amazon yet. If Aliexpress doesn’t make any move, I’m probably deleting my account there

Just cut your loses, and avoid Ali Express.

Looks like you can send a picture showing the weight of the package, bringing if you don't own a scale that will read a package that small,-

- you might be better off just taking the loss unless you want to buy a scale that small.

However* fuck you, "bringing" don't even know how you corrected to that.

If I understand correctly, they want some proof that the pic I sent to them (uploaded here #3) is from the item bought from the seller.

If the tracking info shows the shipping weight and the weight is clearly lighter than it should be, that should work. Otherwise, shouldn't

Box itself is huge and items doesn’t weigh that much. Probably there’s the trick for them

have been so quick to throw away the packaging.

Totally agree. I’m not opening any package before arriving home from now on.

Well, seeing that this is 10 sheets of thin plastic adhesive, I am pretty sure the original weight will show the same as an empty package.
