Not many things going on for me right now, but I've finally made my perfect dinner

It's my dad's birthday so I made us some sous vide steaks, after many trials and few errors, I can say this is the best batch of steaks so far. Yeah we have tiny plates.. next time I'm getting wooden serving boards!

I like mine a little more rare, however, since I used sous vide you can't really do multiple steaks at different internal temperatures. So, as it's my dad's birthday, he gets the steak doneness rights :)
