It's almost safer to vote in person, in the long run.

Someone lives in a red state.

I want Rs to do shitty no matter how they try to describe it. I live in a deep red state, I want R's to struggle here w/ in person votes.

Just wear a mask and goggle to be extra safe. Unless someone with covid sneezed directly at you, you're good with wearing both.

Well it’s getting a bit late to vote by mail. I like early voting! But it’s normally exciting to go to the polls on the day.

Everything is going to be okay as long as you vote.

Took my absentee ballot to the drop box, and a couple days later had email confirmation from the state that my vote was received

Voted absentee very early, hand delivered to the clerk, tracked it online until it was counted. ✅ Zero contact, no line, no ½

²/² pressure, safe direct delivery. Was able to look up people's voting records and issue stances as I went. I'll vote this way from now on.

Yep. This worked great for me. Probably paranoid, but I hand delivered the ballot two weeks ago, and it was counted a few days later.

Same.

Good luck because there's probably going to be suppression, brawls, and potentially even shootings at polling places everywhere election day

Isn’t fear peddling suppression also? Asking for a friend

Well unlike Trump, I WANT people to vote, so it's more warning than actual suppression.
