Nothing better than drinking a beer that you brewed yourself. About 11 gallons brewed today. A red IPA, an American IPA, and a gallon brew of a wheat beer that I'm going to attempt to add pineapple. Cheers!

That's a lot of headspace in them carboys, make more beer and use a blow-off tube
