For those who don't know, use weights if available or some type of resistance. These workouts are for times when you have no weights

It's always funny when workout routines suggest more than 3 pullups/set when your average person trying to get in shape can barely do 1

Try crisscross if you like your balls looking like pancakes

Step 1: decline push-ups. Done. I'll decline the rest as well

Read that one and stopped reading. Sure, let me just sit here and crack out 4 cycles of 53 push-ups.

My thoughts exactly LOL

it takes weeks to get used to it, don't stop at 4cycles, do it for hours, choose excercises that will replace resting time, no rest; 1/2

2/2 each day is best, my case up to 4hrs after work, 1month without changing eating habits = 5kg less; visible progress after 3~4moths

Beginner: 10 decline pushups. hahahahaha. Ok, I get it. I am losing weight, but there is no one just starting out strong enough for that.

How about a starter regiment? Who the hell just starts working out being able to do 58 push ups?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I was thinking the same. They're assuming a lot that I can do pull ups, nevermind muscle ups.

Just go to failure.

Push ups are easy. Can quite easily do 50+ with no problems, and I'm fat and lazy. Pull ups? Maybe 1?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's no way a beginner can do 6 chinups and 6 pullups, let alone 3 times

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Not without injury, at least.
