Cosplay day is it?

I took the chance while he’s still little enough to make this costume for my son. We did our first local comicon thing and he loved it! Before we could even get in the door people were stopping him to take pics with him. Absolutely made his day!

I made a blaster with working slide mechanism out of pallet wood and bits of tube and plastic I had lying around.

Was quite pleased with the finish.

It’s not often a stormtrooper asks you if he can have his picture taken with you!
