I just don't get the hype. Without the context of video a single frame counts as nothing. Did number one use a springboard? Number two def did use the momentum of a wave as kinetic energy. I don't think number one used any other force other than her own.

I don't care how tall she is, she's one of the biggest heroes in my book, simply for inspiring my own daughter to work hard at gymnastics, which took her to Nationals 7 years in a row. Simone Biles is a true inspiration and role model.
