Sometimes, when it gets bad, and I'm mad at someone, I wanna do it just to spite them.

We keep running into “trapped” marines in our building. They’re hitting residents with sticks. What’s going on here?

I cried but thank you.

I've been reminding my closest friend that he and I need to pull back on the throttle at work more because we operate in survival mode in

workplace. Even though we stay closer to our straight 40 hours than peers pushing 60 hours, we burn hot almost the whole time.

Even more shameful is the fact that 9gag hasn't watermarked in like 5 years

Comic sans makes me suicidal.

My therapist printed this out and hung it in his office for me. He's an awesome dude.

I will now think of therapy as asking for reinforcements or a supply drop XDDD

it has helped me too. Here is a clearer one.

Just sent this to my wife who is also a therapist. Mayhap she'll be able to make use of it!

I miss Boggle the Owl :(

I hate this poster. It's just arguing against a meaning it made up.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 6

Oh? Then what's the real meaning, pray tell?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

"Cry for help" already normally does not imply helplessness. That's something the poster just pulled out of its ass to argue against.

Started therapy again after last year took almost everything from me. Family, health, looks, my car, my sanity..

Happily stolen and disseminated to friends and therapist. I love it. Thank you.

Welp. Verge of ugly crying at work.

Gotta rep thy hood too. Capt. lol

4 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Speaking thy hood. Is this hood under construction and we needs to move to Georgia?

Now if only I had as many people saying this as I do people telling me how much of a worthless fuckup I am maybe I'd be able to believe it.

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Uhm no I'm telling you, I don't want to fight through the fucking jungle anymore. That's why I'm here.

My therapist cried when I showed it to her.

I think there are some ethics guidelines meant to stop that kind of thing...

I also made a therapist cry once, kind of made me wonder if she could help me ?

The only therapist who cried in front of me was the one that made a true change in me

I made my therapist cry last year during my last round of EMDR. Finally processed a lot of childhood trauma, and she was so happy for me.

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

If they aren't crying in front of you they are probably crying in private because crying is a healthy and natural emotion :)

If they aren't crying, they're burning out a few years in due to unprocessed trauma. Speaking from personal experience as an ex clinician
