Well I fry them in vegetable oil. So you just have to make sure you leave them in long enough.

You get the dry ranch dressing mix. You figure about 1.5 packs for 3lbs ground beef. Mix well, and 2 eggs (helps it hold together) (1/2)

Cook how you prefer. I do it in a skillet on the stove. No lid, it result in too much liquid. Once you flip them and they're cooked to (2/3)

Your liking, then add you're preferred cheese. Put the lid on for about a minute, until the cheese is melted (3/3)
