Looks like she's on the Riverwalk right outside of the convention center on the downtown side. You can see the lights to PNC park in the background on the other side of the river.

For sure. In WA state we were mandated to get long-term care insurance. If you go with State insurance it's non-transferrable if you ever move. Or, at least it was until potential recent litigation. I tried to get private insurance so I could take my vested amount with me if/when I move. There are only a handful of private insurers. Literally none of them would cover me because I'm bipolar. Pre existing condition. I guess it technically is. Just feels like discrimination to me.
