For Gallifrey One, my GF made a dress that transforms from a Tardis pattern to the Heart of the Tardis!
So, literally the night before the convention (Gallifrey One in LA) my GF gets this crazy idea to whip up a transforming dress overnight.. because, well she's an insane person who also happens to be a costume designer. By morning she had a dress that with a swish and a twirl goes from a pattern of cute little Tardises into a shimmery white with iridescent-perl swirls and whorls on it, mimicking the light of the Heart of the Tardis!
