This is Taco. He is a giant lump of cat. First off, we have all been fed misinformation from social media for about a decade. Facebook feeds, imgur posts, tweets, etc.

The past 4 years have been very troubling and mostly just agitating both sides. For us in the US this is a time where we are more fractured than ever. The people around me are mostly Republicans... I have seen a few get more and more tin foil hatty as the pandemic ran. Personally, I am more the middle ground where, I understand the failures in the ideal of capitalism and socialism. They are ideals.

This is Middle, she doesnt care who you are so long as you dont move too quick and she can be on top of you whenever you sit/lay/bend over. She lives on cuddles alone.... also she makes sure that you have the food bowl full if it drops below 98%.

Both sides have led too much fear mongering to get their way. You can see Taco giving the middle claw to everyone... or maybe just me. (Back right is my old computer chair which was the cats forum for dispute)

This is Stripe... she was usually scared and hid under the covers for the first 4 years of her life. All three of my cats are still scared when I open the door... least for about 2 minutes, then I am pinned down and trying to pet 3 jealous cats at once.

Force someone into a corner, they get scared... moving to a nicer place, my cats did not want a part of. Hello mr metaphor......... if you bludgeon someone with your ideals, most people will tend tend to draw back. Some will resist, some shall be moved... others will automatically go on the attack. I just want everyone to stop attacking each other.

So I am asking imgur once again(never asked before)... I need your support to make Imgur a fun place again. A place where we can all unwind again. A place where late night imgur will still haunt our grandchildren. But an Imgur where we meme for fun and not out of spite or hate.
