I never heard of him, but he looks like a genuinely happy person.

"A product of the Cambridge Footlights, the cradle of so much post-war British comedy, he shot to fame in the 1970s as a member of the anarchic Goodies. Bird watching was a lifelong passion and he moved into presenting nature programmes, including the BBC's Springwatch. But his life was plagued by bouts of acute depression which caused repeated admissions to psychiatric hospitals..." - BBC

Happy memories. Just leaves Graeme, but he's Scottish - will last forever, hopefully.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck. Kitten Kong is truly one of the funniest bits of comedy ever, and Kung Fu Kapers about Ecky Thump (the Northern English martial art employing black pudding offensively) episode actually killed a guy from laughing too hard making The Goodies Show one of the few comedies that killed a person. (note the widow sent a letter thanking the goodies for thanking them for making his final moments so pleasant)

Later his daughter had a heart attack at 23 and was diagnosed with Long QT syndrome and since it is hereditary it was theorized he had that condition as well.

I am so tired of being old and watching so many wonderful people from my childhood die. You ride on the wings of angels Mr Oddie.
