Let's make zombie game a bit better

Ok, listen up.

As cool as the zombie game was, it wasn't the best. And we can make it better. The major problem was that Imgur turned to shitpost fest for a day and it fucking sucked. Everybody started pointwhoring (more than usual) and it was ridiculous. My idea is to keep the concept but to make the game even better.

The idea is this. Instead of separating the teams in the beginning, we should make only one person a zombie. Only he would that he is a zombie and others wouldn't even know that the game is on. His job would be to infect as many people as he can and he can do that by getting upvotes. He who would upvote his comment or post would become infected and so on. Only the person who started the infection and the infected ones would at any time know who is infected. Other people would only know the number of the infected players.

This way the content would be great as usually is. We would avoid shitposting and cheap pointwhoring but could still enjoy the thrill of a game. We could play he game every other month and we can have trophies for the person who started the infection, for person who infected the most other people, ...

The game would last a week or so and if the 70% of imgur is infected by the end of the week, zombies have won.

Anyway, that's the idea. There are a few rough edges but nothing we couldn't work out. I hope you like it and that maybe we'll play a few rounds in the future. Have a good one folks
