Finally got some proper pictures of the sword! Everything printed on a Bambu Labs A1 with Hatchbox PLA. It was about 30 hours in print time and another 8-10 of priming, filling seams, and painting. There’s a steel rod down the middle of the sword for support - I have a making of video on my profile if anyone is curious about the process.
Just had to get some pretty pics near water - unfortunately I didn’t meet the Lady of the Lake :/

So almost 40 hours to construct when 3d printed. Can any of you blacksmiths/knife makers out there estimate how long it would take to make this from raw steel?
