I knew I'd probably have some difficulties this year, and fortunately we have not one, but two doctors on the ride who have been advising me. I'll know more about this heart condition next month but for now I'm doing the best I can. The important thing is we're safe, having fun and helping out the charity!
Time to rest up, and tomorrow we go again!

I am on beta blockers as well and know how they can effect you. Take very good care of yourself. do not push yourself to hard and follow the advise of your doctors. I want to see a lot more post of you an Sigi.

Have you thought about an ebike? It won't fix the issues with the massive heat, but it's can make pedaling super easy with pedal assist. And if even that ends up being too much you can just use the full electric
