Finally!

Finally figured it out.

Get a cup warmer that will heat up to 170⁰
Get 2 wax cups and 2 paint knives (metal)
Put everything as close to the center as you can with the seal stamp on the edge.
Make sure the stamp doesn't get too hot. It needs to be warm but not hot.
Pour the minor color (white in this case) and use one of the hot paint knives to spread the wax into the pattern.
Use the other paint knife to 'cut' the excess wax off. This is easily done by holding it at an angle and scraping with the hot knife flush against the stamp.
Pour the base wax (black) onto a heat resistant surface and immediately apply the stamp. Do not press.
Hold the stamp in place until the wax solidifies.
Let cool completely and it should pull up fine.

Edit: When you use the 2nd paint knife, have a wiping surface and reheat it constantly. Use light pressure as you do not want to scoop out the wax.
